We are delighted to offer Casa Fiori, a spacious two bedroom apartment on two floors, sleeping 4 people in comfort. Casa Fiori offers a large living room opening on to a balcony with lake view, an open plan kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower).

Location

Casa Fiori is situated in the delightful village of Pella, on the west side of Lake Orta, located just 100 metres from the lake front, along which the locals and holidaymakers stroll in the evenings, and the apartment is conveniently situated for shops and restaurants. There are several small beaches nearby. Pella is directly opposite the island, and there are regular boat services connecting Pella to the Island of San Giulio and Orta San Giulio (about €5 return), and with Omegna at the north end of the lake.

Local Facilities

There are several small beaches at Pella and nearby on Lake Orta. La Baia is a pay beach just 10 minutes walk, Spiaggia Roncallo is a free beach 5 minutes by car, Lagna beach is free, just 8 minutes by car. Miami beach is at the south end of the lake, just 12 minutes by car.

The whole area is very well serviced by shops and restaurants. There are two shops in front of the apartment, both open Sundays, and there is a Conad supermarket in San Maurizio d'Opaglio 4 km from Casa Fiori. Local restaurants within 5 minutes walk include Pizzeria Piazzetta, another Pizzeria, and the Ristorante Bar Imbarcadero. The Gelateria Antica Torre on the lake front is renowned for its home-made ice cream.

There are many places to visit in the local area, lots of wonderful places for day trips for adults and children, great walks, and a good selection of sporting and other local activities are available.

Getting to Lake Orta

It's easy to arrive by air at one of Milan's airports, the nearest, Milan Malpensa, is just 24 miles (40 km) from Lake Orta. From there you can pick up a hire car. Your stay at Casa Fiori

The cost, fully inclusive of electricity, hot water, gas for cooker, towels and linen is:

if paying in pounds sterling:
£795 per week Bands A to E (up to 30th June, from 2nd September)
£845 per week Bands F to H (1st July to 1st September)
if paying in euros:
€875 per week Bands A to E (up to 30th June, from 2nd September)
€930 per week Bands F to H (1st July to 1st September)

Short stays are welcome in October through April (minimum 5 days for Casa Fiori). See short stays for pricing of stays less than a week.

Arrivals and departures are on a Saturday for May through September, and flexible outside this period. Earliest arrival 1600. Latest departure 1000.
